This book includes four addendums containing ready-to-use material that instructors are free to copy and adapt when teaching biblical creation. The exercises and illustrations are ones the author regularly uses, as repetition reinforces key concepts and conclusions.
Each exercise is presented exactly as it is taught, guiding participants to consider the differences between naturalistic and Bible-based worldviews regarding origins and major historical biblical events, including the Creation Week, the Genesis Flood, and the Tower of Babel. Audience engagement is central to the approach-through questions, pauses for reflection, and interactive discussion.
These exercises have been successfully used with a wide range of ages and in diverse teaching settings. Each exercise is clearly titled, with the intended lesson identified in parentheses.
An important addition for the third edition, which is based on the lack of resources where the author has led seminars, includes key exercises, images of fossils with explanations, “bent rock’ images as evidence of the Flood, and general illustrations of the Ark. They are included because the author uses them to demonstrate points in the text.
